Operation School Bell®
Partnering with JC Penney, we allow students from selected Denver Public Schools and Aurora Public Schools to receive vouchers to shop for new school clothes on a selected Sunday before the store opens to the public. JC Penney usually also gives a 15% discount on the clothes that day.
Arts for Kids
Brings fine art programs including music, dance and theatrical productions to selected Denver Public and Aurora Public School children.
Scholarship
English Language Acquisition Classes for parents.
Literacy Action Week
Literacy support as requested by the schools.

Assault Survivor Kits®
Provides clothing and toiletry items for victims of assault.
Denver Hospitality House
Meals and activities are provided for senior citizens.
Hospital Equipment Lending Program (H.E.L.P.)
Hospital equipment such as wheelchairs, crutches, etc are loaned free of charge to patients recovering at home after surgery. Patients are referred by physical therapists, doctors, occupational therapists and hospitals.
Scholarship
Provides scholarships to students at Community College of Denver, Community College of Aurora and Pickens Technical College.
Assistance League of Denver’s Hospital Equipment Lending Program (HELP) provides free and instant access to needed equipment, easing the financial burden of surgeries and illnesses requiring medical equipment. Operation School Bell will begin on September 10th. Last year we were able to serve 3,638 students who were given vouchers to shop for school clothes at the Northfield Stapleton JCPenney Store. We hope to serve even more students this year and are grateful for our partnership with JCPenney.
